Slide Master was the most challenging PowerPoint lesson for me. It just confuses me all the time, though I find it to be a very useful function. I essentially feel as though I'm customizing my very own template. I can take things much further with this function.
I plan to attempt to master this function again once I get the chance to create a new presentation for school. Hopefully I will remember these lessons when that time comes. I must concur this beast!

I found the the Slide Master function a bit confusing as well. Whenever I went to edit, it was hard to tell if I was in the normal view of PowerPoint or the Slide Master view. Once I was in the Slide Master however, it made so much sense what I was able to do.
ReplyDeleteI love your title. I found it very useful as well and I had no idea this function existed. I was afraid of PowerPoint at first but after the class I walked away confident enough to use PowerPoint as my preferred presentation's tool.
ReplyDeleteI agree that Slide Master was one of my least favorite PowerPoint features. Although this tool is helpful, it can also be confusing. In the future, I will more than likely end up using PowerPoint in normal view only.
